Feher leads defending champion Trent Mansfield by two strokes.
Three shots back at 68 are Matt Jenne and David Watts.
Mitch Hufstetler shot 66 for the lead in the Senior Division.
Brian Ghormley has a six-point lead in the Stableford Division.
