Large Brush Fire Breaks Out Above Nikki's Restaurant In North Chattanooga

The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a large brush fire off of 711 Bell Ave. late Sunday Night.

It took four fire companies under the direction of two battalion chiefs to contain the fire that was on Stingers Ridge behind Nikki's Restaurant about 100 yards uphill.

Fire crews were able to extinguish the fire climbing the ridge an area of approximately five acres.

No structures were involved and there were no injuries.
