Clabo, Lou Avis (Cleveland)

Lou Avis Clabo, 88, of Cleveland, Tennessee, died on Firiday, July 20, 2017.

She loved her church and was of Baptist faith. She was a member at Philippi Baptist Church.

She was daughter of the late Robert and Elzie Clabough; and was also preceded in death by her sisters, Eula Mae Lawson, Ines Trout and Eunice Bell; and brothers, Cowan, Kyle and Charlie Clabough.

She is survived by a very special friend Frankie Haven of Cleveland; a special little dog, Punky; one sister, Alethia (Harold) Hawkinsand; one brother Clyne Clabough; and several nieces and nephews.

At the wish of Avis, there will not be a funeral. There will be agraveside ceremony at Fort Hill Cemetery officiated by Reverend Sammy Hooker on Monday, January 23 at 3 p.m. 

Companion Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
