Five Teams Qualify For State Volleyball Tournament

Play Begins Tuesday in Murfreesboro

Five local teams will be playing in the TSSAA state volleyball tournament this week in Murfreesboro. 

In Division I, Sale Creek will play in the Class A tournament and Cleveland qualified for the Class AAA tournament.  

In Class AA, East Hamilton and Signal  Mountain will represent Chattanooga.   

Baylor is the lone Division II team. 

All five teams open play on Tuesday.  The tournament is being held at several local high schools as well as MTSU.

Class AA
East Hamilton vs Sullivan South 9:30 a.m. Siegel HS
Signal Mountain vs Knoxville Catholic 2 p.m. Siegel HS

Class AAA
Cleveland vs Brentwood 11 a.m. Blackman High School

Division IIAA
Baylor vs Father Ryan 12:30 p.m. MTSU Court 2
