Janice Ann Raper, 69, Chattanooga, died Sunday, October 22, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Miss Raper graduated from Tyner High School and UTC. She was a longtime teacher.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Raper.
Survivors are her mother, Kethryn Raper, Chattanooga; sister, Wanda (Jim) Paris, Harrison, brother, Mike (Martha) Raper, Arlington, TX; nephew, Jordan Raper, nieces, Kristen Paris and Katie Raper; aunts, Bobbie Branch and Pearl Smith both of Hixson; many cousins and her lifelong friend, Colleen Diprima, East Ridge.
Services will be Friday, October 27 at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Dr. Richard Mason officiating.
