Thelma Diane Hoge, 59, of Jasper, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Thelma Moore; and grandparents, Frank and Bertha Keel and Luther and Emma Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory are son, Adam Hoge; daughter, Melissa Hoge; and brothers, Doug (Joyce) Moore, Dayton, and Ronald Moore, Jasper, Tn.; several aunts, uncles and cousins; nephew Shane Moore; and nieces Felicia Shelton and Rachael Moore.
Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 5, from 4-8 p.m. CST.
Funeral services will be graveside Friday, Oct. 6, at 2 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery.
