Robertson, Inez Bischoff

Inez Bischoff Robertson, 89, Ooltewah, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017.  Inez was a resident of the Ooltewah community for 70 years.  She was a member of Ooltewah Baptist Church for 63 years where she was active in the Fidelis Sunday School class.  Inez owned and operated her own school bus and served the Hamilton County School system until retirement.

Inez is preceded in death by her husband Owen Carter at age 40.  Seven years later she married John Bischoff and remained married 4 years until his death.  Seven years later she married James “Red” Robertson and remained married 25 years until his death.  Mrs. Robertson is also preceded in death by daughter Deane Carter.

Survivors are son, State Representative Mike (Joan) Carter, Ooltewah; grandsons, Stephen (Misha) Carter, Ooltewah, Tim (Deana) Carter, Ooltewah; step-daughter, Sandra (Ronnie) Bischoff Dean, Crossville, TN, step-son, Gary (Patricia) Robertson, South Pittsburg and great-grandson Walter Dean Carter. 

Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 3, 3 p.m., at Ooltewah Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Williams officiating.  Interment will be at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
