Sharon “Sheri” Charlene Welchance Redden, 54, of East Ridge, Tennessee, passed away on Friday February 17, 2017.
A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, she was a former employee of Catoosa County School System where she worked in the cafeteria, attended Midway Baptist Church and loved to play pool.
She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Welchance; and two sisters, Debi Anderson and Kathy Thacker.
She is survived by her son, Randy (Kelly) Redden Jr. of Chickamauga, daughter, Kristi Anderson of Ringgold; mother, Katherine Barbee Welchance of East Ridge; sister, Judie Thacker of Chattanooga; brother, Edward Welchance of Jacksonville, Al.; granddaughter, Alexis Redden; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4-8 p.m., and Tuesday, from 9 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
