Angela Herberta Young Stephens, formerly of Chattanooga, Tennessee, transitioned on Monday, February 20, 2017 at her residence in Silver Spring, MD.  

Beloved wife of Leonard Stephens, she is survived by her sister, Veverly (Harold) Houston of Houston, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services are scheduled for Monday, Feb. 27. Visitation is at 10 a.m.

Funeral services will follow at noon at the Zion Baptist Church, 4850 Blagden Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC, with Reverend Keith Boyd as pastor. Interment will be at Quantico National Cemetery.
