Little Miss Jazzlyn Grace Crump, of Summerville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Floyd Medical Center.
Jazzlyn is survived by her parents, Jonthen Dakota Crump and Brooke Roberts; sister, Nevaeh Roberts; grandparents, Scott Roberts, Angel Roberts, Connie Roberts, Brandie Crump, and Gary Crump; great-grandparents, Barbara Roberts and Jean Thackerson.
Jazzlyn was cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home, Summerville, Ga.
