ShapeShifter Gallery is a contemporary moving gallery, highlighting forward thinking artists, helping to evolve Chattanooga’s art scene. This gallery features one night gallery shows taking place in variant spaces throughout Chattanooga.

ShapeShifter gallery is dedicated to providing a new and affordable take on art collecting in Chattanooga, said officials.

The April show will take place on Saturday, April 1, at Inspire Chiropractic, 400 E. Main St  #140B. The show and reception will last from 5-9 p.m. All artists will be present.

This show will explore alternate worlds and their inhabitants, rooted in reality but flirting with fantasy. Three local artists will be featured including Claire Bloomfield, Caitlin Dickens, and Michael Largent.

Ms. Bloomfield in a departure from her usual medium photography, has produced drawings and paintings of mystical worlds combining natural flora with the not so natural. Ms. Dickens plays with the conceptuality of macrocosm and microcosm in hue saturated galaxies. Mr. Largent introduces electric polychromatic specters and the realms they inhabit.
