Billie Haney Davis, 84, of East Brainerd, died on Monday, May 15, 2017 in a local hospital.

A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Davis was employed for Cannon Towel and Linen for 21 years before retiring from J.C. Penney after 25 years of service.  While there she was a multi-Gold Star Award Winner of Custom Drapery Sales.

She was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church and East Ridge American Legion Post 95 where she served as historian for many years.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her first husband, Reed Haney; second husband, Fred Davis and three infant children, James, Thomas and Donnie.

She is survived by her son,  Doyle (Laurie) Haney,  Lake Jackson, TX; and daughter, Karen (John) Sisk, Chattanooga; five grandchildren, Lindsey Niehay, Steven and Patrick Haney, Ricky and Elaina Sisk; great-grandchild, Aria Haney; sister, Earnestine (Frank) Lewis, Ooltewah; many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 18, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Gary Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
