Robbie Sneed
Robbie Landreth Sneed, 85, entered the heavenly gates on Saturday evening, May 27, 2017.
She was a life-long resident of the Shady Grove community in Soddy Daisy. She was a dedicated Christian and had an unwavering faith in God and attended the Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was always more concerned and cared for her family and friends than herself. She loved to cook for family and friends and you had to eat when visiting her home. Robbie was the daughter of the late Henry and Marie Perrin and predeceased by husbands, WD "Dub" Landreth and Robert "Bobby" Sneed.
Survivors include sons, Wayne Landreth of Hixson, Mickey (Mel) of Soddy Daisy; grandchildren, Steven "Anky" Landreth (Andrea), Amanda Landreth Niel (Erik) of Chattanooga, Michelle (Ray) Burrows of Soddy Daisy and special great-granddaughter, Christina Landreth of Chattanooga; sister Judy (Buddy) Collier, brothers, Arvil Perrin, both of Soddy Daisy and Bill Perrin of Hixson.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 30, from 4-8 p.m. at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. A funeral celebrating her life will be held the following day on Wednesday, May 31, at 2 p.m. Ministers will be Reverend David Stencil and Reverend Clyde Fitzgerald. Interment will be at Wilcoxen Cemetery in the Shady Grove community.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Memorial Hixson ICU and Chattanooga Hospice staffs.
