Ralph Anthony Kenney, 60, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life on Friday, July 14, 2017, at his home.

Ralph was born December 28, 1956 in Bronx, NY. He is the son of the late Arthur Kenney. Ralph enjoyed all sports and loved listening to music. Ralph served proudly as a Ranger in the United States Army.

Mr. Ralph Anthony Kenney is survived by his wife, Diane Kenney, mother, Lydia Matinez Kenney, sons, Austin (Kayla) Kenney and Patrick Kenney, both of Chatsworth, GA; step-son, Johnny Benton of Dalton, GA, step-daughter, Mizzett (Sydney) Brown of Douglasville, GA; grandchildren, Leighton Benton, Isaiah Benton, Xavier Holland; great-grandchildren, Elinna Brown, Elias Brown;  brothers, Richard (Margaret)  Kenney; sister, Laura (John) Bolak, Sharon (Keith) TenEyck, all of New York, mother-in-law, Margurite and Rev. Chris Bonds of Dalton, GA, special friends, Jonathan Mathis, Bridgett Elswick.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Ralph Anthony Kenney will be held on Monday, July 17, at 2 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel, with Reverend Chris Bonds officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 17, from 11 a.m. until the service hour at 2 p.m.
