Jimmy “Fuzz“ Farris, 63 of Decatur, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Park west Hospital in Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his father, James “Buck” Farris.
Survivors include his mother, Ollie Farris of Decatur; son, Josh Farris of Niota, Tn.; daughter, Jessie Matthews of North Carolina; brother, Danny Farris of Decatur; sisters, Lynn and Squeak Ware of Red Boiling Springs, Tn., Libby and Larry Johnson of Athens, Tn; three grandchildren and nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 21, at Beta Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Johnson officiating.
There will be no formal visitation.
