Marvin Leroy “Fatboy” Ray 44 of Harrison, Tn. passed away on Thursday September 14, 2017 at his residence.

Marvin was preceded in death by his precious mother, Linda Diane Ray, aunt, Kathy Shannon, cousin Perez Pena, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lisa Ray, dad, Eugene Leroy Ray, step mother, Lorena Poe, step son, Christopher Harp, siblings, Sheila Partch (Jerry), Gina Hunter (Dwight), Marty Eugene Ray, Jeannie Ray, J. J. Sisson, Tony Ray (Margie), Vicki Burton and a brother “from another Mother” Jake Stone. Although he had no children, he had a father-like relationship with Maggie Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, David Hunter, Danielle Hunter, Chase Ray and Dillon Ray, as well as several other nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, Stan, Winston, Sis, Kenny, Geneva, John and Betty.

Services to celebrate the life of Marvin will be on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at noon in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Johnathan Parker officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, from 5-9 p.m. and all day Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions towards final expenses.
