McClinton Indicted For Aggravated Sexual Battery In Incident With Young Girl

The Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted Lee Bravell McClintock for his incident allegedly involving a girl under the age of 13.

McClintock, 36, of Dayton Boulevard, is facing four counts of aggravated sexual battery.

The indictments say the incident happened between Nov. 22 and Nov. 27 last year.

They said McClintock put his hands on private areas of the girl and made her put her hands on his.
