Jewel “Judy” Hazel Jackson, 92, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018.

Judy was a member at Lakewood Baptist Church and was a dedicated worker in the nursery for years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jackson, grandchildren, Anthony Ellis and Lana Maria Stuarte, parents, Lewis and Hattie Coffey, and nine siblings.

Survivors include her two children, Connie (Al) Lane of LaVergne, Tn., and Cecelia (Tim) Stuarte of Ooltewah, grandson, Timothy A. Stuarte, three great-grandchildren and brother, Robert (Ruth) Coffey.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, and from 1-2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.                    

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, at the funeral home with Reverend Macil Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at Harrison Cemetery.
