First BID Board Meeting Set For Oct. 23

The first meeting of the new board of the downtown Business Improvement District (BID) will be Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 2 p.m.  at the River City Company conference room, 850 Market Street Ste 200.

Property owners within the district are being assessed to pay for special services. Total assessment will be around $1 million initially.
