CHI Memorial Hosts 28th Annual Peace, Love And Unity Service

  • Thursday, January 16, 2020

CHI Memorial will celebrate the 28th Annual Peace, Love and Unity Service on the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, Monday at 11 a.m. in the community rooms at CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga, 2525 de Sales Ave.

This year’s program will feature Reverend Carlos D. Williams, senior pastor of Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church.  Church members will provide the musical selections.

"Dr. King brought hope and healing to America," officials said. "We celebrate the timeless values he taught us through his example -- the values of courage, truth, justice, compassion, dignity, humility and service that so radiantly defined Dr.

King’s character and empowered his leadership at the Peace, Love and Unity Service. These same values are displayed within the values of CHI Memorial through reverence, integrity, compassion, and excellence."

The public is invited to attend.
