Siskin Hospital announces Bobby Shegog as the director of its Environmental Services Department.
Mr. Shegog is responsible for the overall management of Siskin Hospital’s first line of defense in infection prevention and control. He will ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and oversee the departmental operating budget, as well as ensuring all staff are trained in medical and safety guidelines.
Mr. Shegog brings more than 26 years of leadership experience in healthcare environmental services.
He specializes in emergency incident management and preparedness and has completed FEMA coursework IS 100 – IS 800. He is also a certified asbestos hazard evaluation specialist. He received a bachelor’s in theology from the Jacksonville Theology Seminary in Jacksonville, Fl. and an associate’s in healthcare business administration from Concorde College in Memphis.
