NetGain Technologies announced Monday the acquisition of Florida-based managed IT services provider TruTechnology. This acquisition is a steppingstone for NetGain Technologies as it expands its footprint into a new Southeastern state.
TruTechnology’s employees will continue with the organization in their respective roles and will benefit from an expanded team of IT experts at NetGain Technologies. Clients of TruTechnology will continue to receive service and support from the TruTechnology team that they know and appreciate.

Starting out as a voice, data, and video services integrator in 2002, TruTechnology became an early adopter of the flat-fee managed IT service model in 2005. Today, TruTechnology provides two major all-encompassing IT services: modern, cloud-based IT focused on mobility and security (TruCloud) and traditional infrastructure-based IT creating a solid foundation (TruOffice), both of which are major needs for small- and medium-sized businesses headquartered in North Florida.
