25-008896 – 3400 BLK Ringgold Road - DUI
A man was arrested for DUI, Open Container, and Driving without a License following a traffic
stop for failure to maintain lane. The passenger was the registered owner of the truck and was
arrested for DUI by Consent. Both parties were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-005517 - 4214 Ringgold Road - Warrant Service
A woman arrived at the police department to be served with a warrant for Theft Under $1000.00. The bonding company made the bond; she was fingerprinted and released with a court date.
25-008860- 3900 BLK Fountain Avenue- Delayed Suspicious Activity
Police were called about a party going into the front carport of this address. The male party was observed to be a heavy-set, shirtless, and was wearing a chain around his neck. Police will add this house to the watch list.
25-008875 – 6100 BLK Mack Smith Road - Assist EMS
Police responded to the dialysis clinic with HCEMS and ERFD for possible CPR-In-Progress. On scene, ERFD advised the patient was not currently receiving CPR.
25-008877- 6600 BLK Ringgold Road- Civil Matter
The caller reported that a hotel employee returned her $50 deposit to an unknown male who remained in her room after she left for work. Staff advised that the caller and the male checked in together yesterday and arrived in the same vehicle. The party was informed the matter is a civil issue between her and the male.
25-008882- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street Rm- Disorder
Police responded to this location regarding a guest refusing to leave after the 11 a.m. checkout. The elderly guest had been staying at hotel since August 8th. Alternative shelter arrangements were made after several hours of intervention by officers.

25-008890 – 6600 BLK Stateline Road - Suspicious Persons
A resident reported seeing two unidentified individuals walking around the neighborhood on foot,
who appeared suspicious. Both parties left in separate vehicles before the police arrived.
25-008891 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Road - Miscellaneous
Hamilton County Dispatch called and verified a bed was available at the Chattanooga Rescue
Mission for a homeless male, but the man was gone when police arrived on scene to facilitate a
ride.
25-008898-941 Spring Creek Rd.-Assault
A caller reported to hospital staff that two days ago she was kicked in the back multiple times
and was now experiencing pain. Hospital staff notified police and officers attempted to investigate
the assault, but the victim was uncooperative. The victim refused to tell police where the assault
took place or who the alleged assailant was.
