Erlanger East Hospital will host a volunteer fair on Wednesday for anyone interested in volunteering with the hospital. The event will take place at Erlanger East Hospital in the Entrance A lobby from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Interested community members are invited to come learn about the rewarding volunteer opportunities at Erlanger East Hospital. Tours of the facility and lunch will be provided. This unique opportunity offers multiple ways to serve the community and make meaningful connections.
Emilia Jones, director of Volunteer Services at Erlanger Health System said, “Volunteers are an important part of Erlanger’s mission and are truly a crucial part of our system. They can do everything from visiting with patients, answering phones, bring water and ice to patients in different areas or pushing a patient’s wheelchair. There’s something for everyone that wants to get involved.”
A pop-up gift shop will also be at Erlanger East Hospital on Wednesday, hosted by Erlanger Auxiliary. Specially curated items will be for sale in the Entrance A Lobby including Myra Bags, perfume sets, candles, Grafe Studio floral arrangements, Designs by Beverly infant and children’s clothing, Nothing Bundt Cakes, health screenings, COVID vaccinations and more. The pop-up gift shop will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
