Crown Subaru To Host American Red Cross Blood Drive On July 24 As Part Of Subaru Loves To Care

  • Monday, July 21, 2025

Crown Subaru will sponsor a blood drive with the American Red Cross at the American Red Cross Chapter SETennessee Office, at 4115 South Access Road from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.

As a part of this year’s Subaru Loves to Care initiative, this blood drive aims to serve the community by combatting the recurring challenge with summertime donations, and increasing the lifesaving blood and platelet supply during a time of typically high demand. According to the American Red Cross, there is typically an increased need for blood this time of year due to summer surges of traumacases. At the same time, the American Red Cross says donations typically decrease in the summer months due to busy donor schedules and activities, and the lack of opportunities to host drives at schools and other educational institutions.

When donors come to give blood, platelets or AB Elite plasma July 15- 31, they will be rewarded with aFandango Movie Ticket by email (up to $15 ticket prices and fees). Terms and additional details can be found here. Due to the high demand and versatility of Type O blood, Type O + and O - donors will receive an additional gift card.

Read the American Red Cross donation guidelines, learn more about their rewards, and sign up for a donation time by visiting their page here. To learn more about Subaru Loves to Care, click here.
