James Phillips
James Henry Phillips, 78, of Chickamauga, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, July 4, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burrell and Willie (Shivers) Phillips and his wife of 45 years, Beverly Jean Phillips.
He will be dearly missed by his three sons, Dwayne (Susan) Phillips, San Antonio, FL; Jonathan (Crystal) Phillips, Rosman, NC; Matthew (Michelle) Phillips; Daughter, Kimberly (Keith) Young, both of Chickamauga; nine grandchildren, Marcus, Victoria, Kyle, Brennan, Trenton, R.J., Nina, Conner and Sam; one great-granddaughter, Bella and one brother Mike Phillips and many, many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Cross Connection Church in Chickamauga, on Monday, July 11, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. The service will begin at 11 a.m.
