Fine Art Student Exhibit “Femininity & Fragility In Flesh” Opening At SAU

The School of Visual Art and Design at Southern Adventist University announces a special exhibition for Diana Alarcon, senior fine art major, opening on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. in Brock Hall’s John C. Williams Art Gallery on campus.

Titled Femininity & Fragility in Flesh, the showcase delves into the multifaceted nature of femininity through sculpture, critiquing how women have historically been objectified and consumed. 

Open through Nov. 18, the exhibit is free of charge.
