TSSAA Board Of Control To Meet Wednesday In Hermitage

The TSSAA Board of Control will meet at the TSSAA office building in Hermitage on Wednesday, February 28 at 9:00 a.m.

First Baptist Academy and Berean Christian School are asking the Board to consider dividing Division II from two classifications to three classifications in boys’ and girls’ basketball and girls’ volleyball.

The Board will consider a recommendation from the TSSAA Soccer Advisory Committee regarding a points system based on regular season results for seeding the Division I teams who advance to the central tournament site in Girls Soccer and Boys Soccer.

Lipscomb Academy will be present to appeal the second year of restrictive probation for the football program.

Two schools, Franklin Christian Academy and Chapel Hill Christian Academy, are requesting to become TSSAA member schools beginning with the 2025-26 school year.
