Nurse Practitioner Michelle Hamilton
CHI Memorial Medical Group announces Michelle Hamilton, FNP-BC, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Spring City.
Ms. Hamilton earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Hamilton joins Beth Casady, DO, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Spring City. Their clinical staff work together to provide care for children, teens and adults of all ages.
