The Signal was packed with Judah and the Lion enthusiasts on Thursday night as they
continued their “The Process” tour in Chattanooga. The floor, which is standing room only, was completely full with fans ready for the duo to take the stage.
The show started with Ethan Regan, the opening act for the night, playing a short set. Although his music was unfamiliar to most, he kept the venue engaged with fun jokes and tunes that were sure to stick with the crowd, such as when he told the crowd “If you don’t like my music, the band you do like will be here soon!”
When he asked to play another song, the crowd cheered him on, showing that he had gained the favor of them by the end of his set.
Judah and the Lion showed that they were engaged with the audience from the very beginning of their set. Rather than opening from the stage, they made their way through the crowd and played their hit song “Spirit” in the center of the pit.
The performance was nothing short of electric. Judah Akers, the lead singer of the band, made the night unforgettable by mixing energetic songs with personal stories about the background of the songs from “The Process.”
Akers spoke of friends and family members that have helped him through the production of the album. He then sat out a microphone on the stage so that the crowd could be featured in a live version of a future song.
The band’s chart-topping song “Take it All Back” sent the venue into a roar. For the encore, Akers put on a hat shaped like a basketball from a fan and roamed through the crowd while performing the final song of the night, “Sportz.”
Judah and the Lion put on a fantastic show in Chattanooga, and this band is a must-see in the future for any music lover out there.
