Repeat Tresspasser Arrested On Multiple Charges - And Other Collegedale Police Calls

Officers returned to Main Street after observing an individual who had already been trespassed. The person attempted to flee but was restrained and arrested for multiple charges, including trespassing, possession of controlled substances, and resisting arrest.

Officers responded to Main Street for a trespass complaint after a resident reported that someone refused to leave the property. A trespass warning was issued.

Multiple 911 calls came from a phone at a business on Little Debbie Parkway.
Officers checked the area and inside the store but found no signs of distress.

A trespass complaint was reported on Main Street after an individual who had just been trespassed from a neighboring property was found outside another business. A trespass warning was issued.

Officers assisted another agency at Tradewind Circle after a request for housing information regarding a client. Staff advised that the information would need to be formally requested through proper channels.

A miscellaneous complaint was reported on Ooltewah Ringgold Road after a school employee filed a referral following a student’s behavior toward a teacher’s aide.

Officers responded to Tradewind Circle for a disorder between residents. Contact was made with one of the individuals, but they declined to speak with officers. A report was completed.

A crash was reported on College Drive East after a vehicle failed to yield and collided with another. The driver was checked by EMS but declined transport.

Officers responded to Swinyar Drive to assist with a vehicle in need of a boost, but no vehicle was located on scene.

A fight was reported at a business on Little Debbie Parkway. Two individuals left before officers arrived, and the employee involved declined EMS or charges.

Officers transported an individual from Bradley County Jail to Hamilton County Jail on outstanding warrants for drug-related charges.

Police were flagged down on University Drive regarding a runaway juvenile. The child was located safely nearby.

A three-vehicle crash occurred at Lee Highway and Little Debbie Parkway. It was determined that the incident was within Chattanooga’s jurisdiction, and their officers handled the report.

During a traffic stop on Main Street, officers confirmed a license plate returned as lost property. The plate was removed and placed into evidence.

A disorder was reported on Wellesley Drive after an argument between family members involved minor physical contact. A report was completed.

Officers responded to Apison Pike for a crash involving a hit-and-run. Both drivers later reported to police that they had already left the scene without filing a report. A record was made.

Property damage was reported on University Drive after a resident returned home to find damage to their window and blinds.

Property damage was reported on Misty Valley Drive after a driver struck a table left in the roadway. Damage was noted to both the vehicle and the table.

Officers assisted the sheriff’s office on Ooltewah Georgetown Road after a request for a K9 sniff. It was determined that the deployment was not appropriate under the circumstances.

While patrolling Old Lee Highway, officers located an open door at a business. The building was cleared and secured.

Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle on Lee Highway. The owner had roadside assistance in route and required no further help.

Officers responded to a residential fire alarm on Leyland Drive. The homeowner was outside, and no obvious signs of fire were found. The fire department conducted an odor investigation.
