A woman accused of running a multi-state prostitution ring has been allowed out on bond while awaiting trial in Federal Court in Chattanooga.

Tatiana Valencia Wallace, 29, who is charged with interstate transport of an individual for the purpose of prostitution, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Bill Carter.

She is under a $30,000 bond and home detention. A woman who was sitting with a group of family members in the courtroom was named as her "third-party custodian."

The next court date for Ms. Wallace is Oct. 24.

Prosecutor Jay Wood said she faces up to 10 years in federal prison.

She was arrested last week in Chattanooga. Police said she had been arranging for one of her "Dreamgirl Companions" to fly from Chattanooga to a client in Salt Lake City, Utah.
