Clarence "Man Man" Burton
A federal indictment has been returned against Clarence "Man Man" Burton, charging him as a felon in possession of a weapon.
The incident occurred on Jan. 25, the indictment says.
Burton, who is only 21, has already built up an extensive criminal record.
It includes charges of attempted first-degree murder, unauthorized use of an auto, obstructing a highway, two counts of evading arrest, possession of crack cocaine for resale, several other drug charges and three counts of aggravated assault.
