Dana Sweitzer
Nurse Practitioner Dana Sweitzer, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, has joined internist Dr. Chip Crump on the staff of Parkridge Medical Group – Diagnostic Center.
In her new role, Ms. Sweitzer will help patients manage age-related diseases and chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. She will also provide care for patients experiencing acute illness and infection.
Ms. Sweitzer, a Cleveland native, earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Liberty University and her master’s degree in nursing from Southern Adventist University.
She began her medical career as an EMT and paramedic and has over 15 years of medical experience.
