3 Arrested In Bradley County For Drug And Weapons Violations

Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson said three people were arrested for drug and weapons violations on Tuesday evening.

Bradley County officers initiated a traffic stop on 6th Street Northeast Tuesday night due to no tag light on a vehicle driven by Nathan Burnette, 25, of Cleveland. Officers questioned two passengers in the vehicle, Frances Ann McNish, 45, and David J. Graham, 37.  

While conducting a search of the driver and passengers, officers recovered suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and a handgun.  

Upon further investigation, Burnette was charged with two counts of possession of schedule II drugs for resale, felony drug paraphernalia possession and failure to display a tag.  

Graham was charged with two counts of possession of schedule II drugs for resale and possession of felony drug paraphernalia.  

Ms. McNish was charged with two counts of possession of schedule II drugs for resale, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, as well as possession of a firearm during a felony.

Officers logged the drugs and weapon into evidence. All three suspects were booked into the Bradley County Jail.
