Warren K. Clark, 86, of Lookout Mountain died on Saturday, February 22, 2014.

Mr. Clark was born in Gulfport, Mississippi to the late John and Mae Kappner Clark.  He was a 1950 graduate University of Tennessee (UTK). He was an Able Seaman United States Merchant Marine from 1944-1946 and continued serving in the United States Army from 1950-1953 (Honor Graduate OCS Class, Fort Riley, Ks.) In 1954 he married the former Norma Frances Raoul.

He was the Chattanooga branch manager for Tecnifax Corporation from 1955-1966 and was national salesman for Tecnifax 1959-1966. 

He became the owner and founder of Clark Associates in 1966 and Precision Graphics in 1977. Mr. Clark was active in numerous civic and professional organizations, serving as president of Chattanooga Civitan Club, S.E., president of Alabama Entrepreneurs Association, Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Chapter National Microfilm Association, Tennessee Valley Reprographics Association, Chattanooga Tennis Association, Tennessee State Tennis Association, and others.  He was inducted into the Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame, and into the Tennessee Tennis Hall of Fame.

He was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and Shriner. Mr. Clark was an elder at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church since 1967 and was currently an elected elder emeritus at the church. He was a member of various clubs including the Mountain City Club,  Fairyland Club and Heritage Club of Huntsville.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Raoul Clark; son, Norman Raoul Clark and wife Karen, and their children, Denison, Kappner, and Logan of Denver; daughters, Kappner Clark Boles and husband, Read and their daughter, Mary Ashleigh, of Houston, and Sholar Clark Howard and husband, William and their children, William, Harriet, Agnes, and John Wyatt, of London, England.

Services will be held at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church with Reverend Joe Novenson officiating. 

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-noon on Tuesday at the church.

Interment will be private.
