Charles Hudson, 50, was shot early Thursday morning.
At approximately 2:10 a.m, Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital for a person shot. Officers spoke to the victim, Mr. Hudson, who stated he was shot in the knee by an unknown suspect while walking down West 38th Street.
Mr. Hudson was treated for the injury which is non-life-threatening.
