Jimmie Ray Allen, 61, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, July 25, 2014, in a local hospital.
He will be dearly missed by his friends and family at Prolex Medical Services, Comcare and Community Network Services.
Survivors include his brother, Leon Allen of Robbinsville, N.C.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 28, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, and one hour before the service on Monday at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
