Steven Bell
A man reported missing on Thursday, was found dead on Saturday on Workman Road, and the case has been ruled a homicide.
Chattanooga Police officers responded to 760 Workman Ave. at 5:23 p.m. on a possible dead body. Upon arrival, officers found a body under the bridge on Workman Road.
The body has been identified as Steven Bell, 65. Mr. Bell was reported missing on Thursday.
Police said Monday afternoon, "Initial reports from the Medical Examiner’s office revealed there were signs of foul play in the death of Mr. Bell. At this time, the Chattanooga Police Department is treating his death as a homicide. The investigation continues and more information will be released when available."
