Crumley, Freddy Lynn (Bradley County)

Freddy Lynn Crumley, 66, of Bradley County, TN, died on Saturday, September 27, 2014.

He was a well known minister of The Church of God. He was also an honorable discharged veteran of the United States Army. He retired from the Bradley County Road Department after seventeen plus years of service. 

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Freda Suzanne; parents, Fred & Anna Lou Crumley; and one brother, Terry Crumley. 

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Sandra Sue Crumley; daughters, Cynthia Crumley and Cassandra O'Dell and her husband Trevor; grandchildren, Kara Crumley, T. J. Fink and Leonard Crumley; great-grandchildren, Hayden & Thomas Fink; brothers, Johnny Crumley, Marvin Crumley, Tony Crumley and Jimmy Crumley; sisters, Carolyn Barrows and Kathy; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends. 

A celebration of his life is planned for Tuesday, September 30 at 12 p.m. at The Church of God-Zion Hill located at 193 Tillie Road NE in Cleveland, TN with Brother Harvey Anders, Brother William Coile and Brother James Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Roberts Cemetery in Ten Mile, TN with Dray Crumley, Josh Crumley, Aaron Crumley, Tony Crumley, L.B. Crumley and Casey Raby serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday, September 30 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. 

Companion Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
