Operation Veterans Outreach, for all homeless and displaced veterans, will be held on Sunday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Miller Park and Waterhouse Pavilion.
Volunteers are needed for the event, as well as gloves, socks, T-shirts, coats, and backpacks/bags.
