Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Oct. 16-22:

Charles Wilburn Lacey, 43, of 64 Thomas Drive, Chickamauga was arrested October 15 on a charge of obstruction of officers.

Willie Harmon Wooten, 58, of 375 Cleveland Road, Chickamauga was arrested October 16 for theft by shoplifting.

Earl Walter Wright, 25, of 415 Gravitt Road, Chickamauga was arrested October 16 on charges of battery and interfering with a call for emergency help.

Tyler Frelland Mabe, 20, of 1204 Wilson Road, Rossville was arrested October 16 on charges of theft by shoplifting and giving false information to police.

Rusty Anderson Bettis, 36, of 170 Maple Road, Dalton was arrested October 17 on charges of open container of alcohol and permitting unlawful use of vehicle.

Renard, 41, of 623 Danzler Circle, Dalton was arrested October 17 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, improper u-turn and open container of alcohol.

William Harris Sawyer, 51, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road, Apt. 250, Ringgold was arrested October 17 on charges of battery and simple battery.

Destiny M. Gaddis, 19, of 5003 Newport Drive, East Ridge was arrested October 18 on an outstanding warrant.

Latonda Dean Boyd, 38, of 625 Albert Pilgrim Road, Jasper, TN was arrested October 18 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal when changing lanes.

Chelsea Megan Ellsworth, 18, of 174 Key West Avenue, Rossville was arrested October 18 for possession of marijuana.

Karen Jean Alsari, 47, of 3089 Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone was arrested October 18 on charges of drugs not in original container, theft by shoplifting and violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act.

Richard Kent Thurston, 35, of 198 South Crest Road, Chattanooga was arrested October 18 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey traffic light.

Amy Lynn Malone, 32, of 126 Devore Circle, Lookout Mountain was arrested October 19 for theft by shoplifting.

Thomas Hayden Cross, 17, of 299 Ardis Loop, Lot 33, Ringgold was arrested October 19 for theft by taking.

Michael Shea Malone, 50, of 126 Devore Circle, Lookout Mountain was arrested October 19 for theft by shoplifting.

Jack Alan Malone, 40, of 127 North Cherokee Circle, Tunnel Hill was arrested October 19 on charges of aggressive driving, obstruction of officers and reckless driving.

Randy Delane Qualls, 35, of 138 Waverly Drive, Rossville was arrested October 20 on charges of violating Georgia’s controlled substance act X 3.
Jessica Nichole Qualls, 32, of 138 Waverly Drive, Rossville was arrested October 20 on charges of violating Georgia’s controlled substance act X 2 and crossing a guard line with drugs.

Ashley P. Perry, 21, of 3428 Vinewood Drive, Apt. A, Chattanooga was arrested October 21 for theft by shoplifting.

Nathan Van Brock, 36, of 2307 Mag Williams Road, Chickamauga was arrested October 21 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Willie Gene Watkins, 39, of 1808 Cowart Street, Apt. G, Chattanooga was arrested October 22 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and operating a vehicle without registration.

James Aaron Thomas, 25, of 418 Champagne Circle, Ringgold was arrested October 22 for criminal trespass.
