Friday Fire At Birchwood Ruled Suspicious

A fire last Friday has been ruled as suspicious.

The Highway 58 Fire Department responded to a fire on Friday, at approximately 2 p.m. at 11302 Birchwood Pike, near the intersection of Thatch Road. 

The residence sustained significant damage.  

This is the same residence were a fire occurred on Sept. 17. Both fires have been classified by Fire Investigators with the Criminal Investigations Division as being suspicious in nature. 

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is requesting anyone seeing any suspicious activity at the location, or if anyone has any information of these two fires to contact the HCSO CID Division at 423 209-8940.
