Mitchell Walter Ferguson, 44, of Red Bank, Tennessee, died on November 12, 2015.

He is now amongst the angels and walking happily with wife Pam. He was also preceded in death by his father, Eric Ferguson.

Mitch was the ultimate patriot and Fox news fan.  He was a boy scout growing up, played baseball and football, and a member of the Red Bank United Methodist Church Youth Group.  He was a loving family man, always looking to help people, and never failed in offering a kind word.  He and his son Cameron loved being together, whether it be at dinner, watching a movie or playing video games.

Mitch is survived by his son, Cameron, mother, Mildred, and stepfather, Lee Spurgin of Trenton, Ga.; father-in-law, George Bethel of Chattanooga, grandmother, Betty Ferguson of Red Bank, and brother, Michael of Minneapolis, Mn. He is also survived by his stepson, David Ramsey of Ringold, stepdaughters, Megan and Lily Ramsey, wonderful friend, Bill Joiner, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends visitation will be on Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 4-6 p.m., followed by a celebration service at 6 p.m. at the Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace in Red Bank.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to a fund being set up for Cameron Ferguson. Information can be found at the Lane Funeral Home website http://www.lanefh.com/. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
