Thomas “Tommy” Graig, 63, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Graig was the son of the late Adessa Mae Albritton Graig and Winfred Marshall Graig; and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Winfred Marshall Graig, Jr. and Dewayne Nelson Graig; paternal grandparents, Joe and Lela Graig; and maternal grandparents, Luther and Charlcie Albritton.
He was a plumber all of his life working in the family business. He was a graduate of Bradley Central High School. He loved the outdoors including trout fishing and deer hunting. He enjoyed joking around with his family and he attended the Church of God faith.
Survivors include his sister, Ann Taylor and her husband Jack of Cleveland; two brothers, Ronnie Graig and his wife Sheila and Eddie Graig all of Cleveland; aunts, Brenda Rymer and her husband Mickey, Starr Howard and Veta Harris all of Cleveland; eight nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Monday, May 4 at 1 p.m. from the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Ron Wright officiating. Interment will follow in the Tasso United Methodist Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 3, from 2-8 p.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of arrangements.
