Charles E. Ditzler III died on July 20, 2015 in Chattanooga, Tennessee after a lengthy struggle with Multiple Sclerosis.

He was born in Gettysburg, PA to Ethel and the late Charles Ditzler, Jr. He was sales manager for Electronic Research Company of Overland Park, KS for 27 years.

The family requests donations to the National MS Society or to support ovarian cancer research: The Johns Hopkins University, Sheridia Daniels, Johns Hopkins University, 1550 Orleans St., CRB 2, Room 301W, Baltimore, MD 21231.  

His mother, Ethel of Gettysburg, PA, wife, Freda of Chattanooga, daughter, Candece of Washington, DC, sons, Chuck of Madison, WI and Carl (Courtney) of Austin, TX, and grandchildren, Harrison and Serena survive him, along with his brother, Ron (Karen) of Cary, NC.

Memorial services will be private.
