Cleveland City Schools Teacher Placed On Leave

Dr. Martin Ringstaff, director of Cleveland City Schools, has placed Cleveland Middle School teacher, Jeffrey B. Robinson, on leave without pay pending the outcome of legal proceedings.

Domestic violence charges were filed against Mr. Robinson in Bradley County on Aug. 23.

Dr. Ringstaff stated, “This is a legal investigation, and we will wait to hear from the courts before taking any permanent action. The safety and well-being of our students is our number one concern.”
