Notre Dame, CCS Boys Win District Games

Notre Dame and Chattanooga Christian boys basketball team won key district games on Tuesday.  Notre Dame beat Sequatchie County 79-62 and CCS beat Signal Mountain 61-50.

Notre Dame was led by Kolby McGowan who finished with 24 points and seven assists.  Tyler Byrd added 19 points and eight rebounds.  Davian Wheeler had 17 points.  

The Irish had a big second half out scoring Sequatchie 47-25.  Sequatchie led 37-31 at the half.  

CCS was led by Ryan Rhodes who finished with 15 points.  Will Patton had 10.  The Chargers had a big second and third quarter and held on in the fourth quarter for the win.

Kolby McGowan led the Irish with 24 points and 7 assists, Tyler Byrd added 19 points and 8 rebounds and Davian Wheeler added 17 points.    The Irish outscored Sequatchie County 47-25 in the second half.
