The Two North Shore shopping complex on Manufacturers Road, that sold in October 2014 for $24 million, has been sold again - for $28 million.

2Ns Holdings Lp, a Pennsylvania firm, has sold the busy shopping center to Fairway-Northshore Llc.

The center, with some 20 tenants on six acres, was developed by Stephen Arnsdorff and Chuck Pruett.

Anchor tenants include Whole Foods (originally Greenlife Grocery) and Rock Creek Outfitters.

The center includes nearly 100,000 square feet of space in two sections.

It was developed in phases from 2007 to 2009.

Mr.
Arnsdorff also developed the One North Shore condos and retail across Manufacturers Road.
