Chattanooga Police responded on Thursday afternoon to the 1200 block of Hickory Street on the report of a person shot. They located one victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim, Jermichael Baker, 27, was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. HCEMS treated him on scene and transported him to a local hospital.
Baker refused to provide any information concerning the incident. Officers were unable to locate a confirmed crime scene.
